Swine...

Speaking of swine, the reason that the Swine Flu epidemic was so huge and dangerous is because the virus goes deep into the lungs. Normally, it only affects a top portion of the lungs, but swine flu reaches down to the bottom, and infections and viruses there are hard to get out, which is why there have been so many deaths from it.
